Nitrogen Cylinder Filling

With an On Site Gas Nitrogen Filling Station, gas cylinders can be refilled for one-tenth the cost of purchasing the gas. Your return on investment is fast. And, while purchased gas prices will increase, an On Site Gas filling station offers low fixed costs.

As with all On Site Gas systems, our Nitrogen Filling Stations are engineered to provide maximum safety. They meet or exceed the latest codes and standards. Safety features include relief valve protection, high pressure and high temperature shut downs, and air- or watercooling.

Operation is easy. Just connect the cylinders to the pigtails provided. Then start the system, which is fully automatic. At the desired maximum cylinder pressure, the system automatically shuts down (manual stop is also available). And that’s it. The maintenance gas booster requires periodic ring and valve replacement, but we provide you with a detailed instruction manual, and the change out is easy.
