With an On Site Gas Oxygen Filling Station, gas cylinders can be refilled for one-tenth the cost of purchasing the gas. Your return on investment is fast. And, while purchased gas prices will increase, an On Site Gas filling station offers low fixed costs.

As with all On Site Gas systems, our Oxygen Filling Stations are engineered to provide maximum safety. They meet or exceed the latest codes and standards. Safety features include relief valve protection, high pressure and high temperature shut downs, and cooling.

Operation is easy. Just connect the cylinders to the pigtails provided. Then start the system, which is fully automatic. At the desired maximum cylinder pressure, the system automatically shuts down (manual stop also available). And that’s it.

Oxygen cylinder filling stations can be easily incorporated with an oxygen generator at 93%, 95%, or 99% purity. Please contact us for individual purity and flow requirements.

With proper filter element maintenance, the zeolite in the system will last indefinitely, giving you years of trouble-free service.
